Whether texting or leaving a voicemail, please leave your first and last name, the day and time of your appointment, and the reason for contacting. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Note: Please be prepared to reschedule if contacting about a missed appointment to avoid cancellation fees. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Post 24hr advance notice will only allow for one free reschedule without fees. Cancellation of a rescheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount of your original missed appointment.
