Helping Clients Find Relief & Restoration

At Healing Grace Clinical Massage, care goes beyond temporary relief. Each session is thoughtfully designed to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction, helping the body restore balance, mobility, and strength over time. Through clinical, results-driven techniques, clients are supported on their path toward lasting relief and improved daily function. We offer client release forms for collaborative care with other physicians, counselors, and doctors to ensure all entities are working collectively for the best results. This also alleviates clients from relaying sensitive clinical terminology that they may not be familiar with. We do the communicating for you.

Who Needs a Clinical Massage?

Clinical massage is ideal for anyone experiencing chronic pain, injury-related discomfort, limited mobility, trauma (physical, mental, emotional), or tension that interferes with daily life. It is especially beneficial for those dealing with repetitive stress, postural imbalances, headaches, neck and back pain, or recovery from physical or emotional trauma. Whether you’re managing long-term issues or simply looking to restore proper function and feel better in your body, clinical massage offers focused, clinical based care designed to support real healing and lasting relief.

KellyAnne Riden is a licensed massage technician and the founder of Healing Grace Clinical Massage, where her work is centered on helping clients find true relief and restoration. A graduate of YTI’s Massage Therapy Practitioner Program in 2012, KellyAnne combines strong clinical training with years of hands-on experience to provide thoughtful, results-driven care tailored to each individual.

Specializing in Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) and certified in Craniosacral Therapy, KellyAnne focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain rather than simply masking symptoms. Her clinical approach is especially effective for chronic pain, injury recovery, postural imbalances, and stress-related tension. Clients appreciate her ability to pinpoint problem areas, explain what’s happening in the body, and apply techniques that lead to meaningful, lasting improvement.

At the heart of KellyAnne’s practice is a belief in treating the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She is deeply motivated by witnessing the moment relief sets in for her clients, when pain eases, tension releases, and hope is restored. Her work is guided by compassion, purpose, and a commitment to supporting each client’s healing journey.

Outside of the treatment room, KellyAnne enjoys learning new skills and embracing hands-on creativity. Her interests include sewing, woodworking, mechanical tinkering, and working on cars and motorcycles, as well as adventurous pursuits like rock climbing, zip lining, ballroom dancing, archery, and travel. That same curiosity, precision, and care carry into her practice, where no two sessions are ever the same—because no two clients are.

Frequently Asked Questions about Clinical Massage Services

Clinical massage is an outcome-focused approach to bodywork that targets the root cause of pain, dysfunction, and restricted movement as well as physical, mental, and emotional trauma. Basically, anything in the medical books that is not contraindicated by massage or craniosacral therapy, we work with. Unlike traditional massage, clinical massage is guided by assessment and specific medical research that can be used to treat, but is not limited to, migraines, vertigo, infant tongue tie/lip tie, concussions, emotional trauma, muscular dysfunction, post-break, muscular tear or strain recovery. Each session is customized to address problem areas, support recovery, and improve long-term function rather than offering only temporary relief.
